Attorney General Rob Bonta includes fair housing lawsuit against Elk Grove among top accomplishments video

In a video posted this afternoon on social media, California Attorney General Rob Bonta listed several accomplishments achieved by the California Department of Justice in 2023.

Not only did Bonta note the lawsuits against several municipalities, but a news headline of the state’s fair housing lawsuit against the city of Elk Grove was graphically displayed. Elk Grove was singled out over Huntington Beach.

Definitely not a favorable sign going into 2024 for Elk Grove Mayor Bobbie Singh-Allen and her four city councilmen who continue to defend the lawsuit brought on by the city’s denial of the Oak Rose supportive housing project.
