Bible-quoting speaker uses profanities, criticizes EGUSD proclamation for LGBTQ+ Pride Month 2023

A person speaking during public comment who quoted the Bible while using profanities criticized a proclamation by the Elk Grove Unified School District recognizing June as LGBTQ+ Pride Month.

The comments were made by Rick Atkinson during a hearing on the proclamation at the Tuesday, May 16, 2023, trustees meeting.
