Credit Union armed robber sought by Elk Grove Police

The Elk Grove Police Department is investigating the armed robber of a credit union.

The suspect robbed the Schools First Credit Union located at 8255 Laguna Boulevard just before 6 p.m on Friday. March 28. The suspect pointed a firearm towards several credit union, then jumped over the counter, opened various teller drawers, and take an undisclosed amount of money. 

The suspect fled on a dark-colored motorcycle and travelled north out of the parking lot. The suspect is described as an unknown race male, unknown height, medium build, wearing a black-colored Alpinestars motorcycle jacket, blue or gray, light-colored jeans, black-colored shoes, and a gray-colored full-face motorcycle helmet with a dark-colored visor.

Anyone with information regarding the robbery or suspect are asked to contact the Elk Grove Police Department or Crime Stoppers at (916) 443-HELP (4357).  Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.00.
