Chiropractor arrested by Elk Grove Police on suspicion of sexually assaulting a minor
An Elk Grove chiropractor is in custody after being arrested yesterday on suspicion of sexually assaulting a juvenile girl.
According to Elk Grove Police, the 17-year-old victim was being treated by Labrado at the Elk Grove Chiropractic Office on East Stockton Boulevard, when he allegedly sexually assaulted the teen. After conducting their investigation detectives arrested Labrado at his office.
Labrado is in custody at the Sacramento County Jail and is held on a bail of $300,000.00 for Penal Code Sections 289(A)(1) Sexual Penetration with a Foreign Object by Force or Fear, 243.4 (A) Sexual Battery, and 314.1 Indecent Exposure. At this time, it is unknown if there are additional victims.
The Elk Grove Police Department is asking anyone with information regarding this crime, or any knowledge of additional victims, to call the Elk Grove Police Department Detective Bureau at (916) 627-3732.
According to information seen on online reviews, Labrado appears to have shared office space at the East Stockton Boulevard office with other practitioners.
