Elk Grove City Council homeless task force report their activities

At the end of the Wednesday, April 13 Elk Grove City Council meeting, a task force formed to research homelessness gave their first report. The task force of city councilmembers Pat Hume and Stehpanie Nguyen presented a summary of their activities since the formation of the group during a March 2022 city council meeting.
