Foothill Farms share difficulties with Sacramento County Supervisors on Roseville Road homeless encampment

During public comment on non-agenda items at the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors meeting, three people spoke about difficulties with Roseville Road encampments.

The Foothill Farms residents, all of whom have houses that backing on Roseville Road, spoke during the February 7, 2023, meeting. Because the comments were made on non-agenda items, no action could be taken by the Supervisors or county staff.
