As a public service, @ElkGroveNews recorded the Wednesday, November 23, 2022, meeting of the Elk Grove City Council.

Typically, the city will post the meeting video the following day. Given that the city will be closed for business until Monday, November 28, and the meeting will not be available until then, we are making this recording available for the public at the earliest.

Typically, the second meeting in November is canceled for the Thanksgiving holiday. This meeting was conducted so the city could accelerate the collection of new sales tax revenue by the approval of Measure E, which will impose new taxes on Elk Grove consumers.
