A man convicted on several counts of sexual assault was sentenced today in Sacramento County Superior Court.

Donald Fambro was sentenced to 137 years in state prison following his conviction on seven counts of lewd acts on a child. Also known as “Rico the Producer,” was found guilty on August 23 and had a previous felony strike for burglary.

Fambro was convicted by a jury of seven counts of lewd act upon a child, six counts of forcible lewd act upon a child, and one count of obscene matter depicting a child. The jury also found true a substantial sexual contact allegation.  The Court previously found true the allegation that Fambro has a prior strike conviction for first-degree burglary.

When the victim was 12 years old, Fambro began to text her from multiple anonymous numbers directing her where to go and what to do. Fambro then filmed the victim in a bedroom and in the shower without her knowledge.

Fambro sexually assaulted the victim on numerous occasions. Many of the acts of molestation involved the use of force, fear, and duress. Additionally, Fambro filmed many of the acts.
