Suspect arrested by Elk Grove Police for indecent exposure, elder abuse

An Elk Grove man is held at the Sacramento County Jail after being arrested on August 3, Elk Grove Police revealed today.

The suspect, Cedric Brazell, 30, is charged with three counts of indecent exposure, two counts of disorderly conduct-solicitation for lewd acts, one count of sexual battery, and one count of elder abuse. The alleged elder abuse incidents occurred between May 27, 2022, and August 3, 2022.

Detectives believe there may be additional victims and/or unreported incidents. Brazell is not eligible for bail.

The investigation is ongoing.
